His career—from engineer to Managing Director, CEO, and Business Head—reflects a unique blend of ethical leadership, strategic clarity, and strong execution capability.
He has led several large-scale greenfield projects, including India’s largest 600-TPD solar glass facility, and is known for transforming legacy cultures into data-driven, high-performance environments. His leadership at CanPack India, Gujarat Borosil, AIS, and Vishakha showcases consistent achievements in operational excellence, project management, and people development.

With extensive project experience in float and container glass across India and overseas, Mr. Kumar has delivered new lines, cold repairs and upgrades, working closely with furnace designers, utilities, OEMs and plant teams.
